1. Services Overview
MySparkRise provides career coaching services, including but not limited to:

Resume and LinkedIn profile optimization

Job interview preparation and mock interviews

Job search strategy coaching
-
ATS (Applicant Tracking System) keyword optimization
2. Eligibility & Requirements

Clients must complete a free MySparkCheck assessment before purchasing any paid service.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for resume/LinkedIn edits and coaching sessions.
3. Payments & Refunds

Payment: Full payment is required before services begin. Payment plans may be available for select packages.

Non-Refundable Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including:

Change of mind

Partial use of services
-
Failure to book sessions within the allotted timeframe

Dissatisfaction with job market outcomes (we do not guarantee job offers)

4. Session Policies

Scheduling & Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

No-Shows: Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Expiration: Unused sessions expire 90 days after purchase.
5. Client Responsibilities

Provide necessary materials (resume drafts, job descriptions, etc.) in a timely manner.

Actively participate in coaching sessions and implement feedback.

Understand that SparkRise does not guarantee job placement, salary outcomes, or interview success.
6. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and job application materials.

SparkRise reserves the right to use anonymized success stories for marketing purposes.
7. Termination

SparkRise may terminate services for non-payment, disrespectful behavior, or repeated no-shows.

No refunds will be issued if services are terminated due to client non-compliance.
8. Limitation of Liability

MySparkRise is not responsible for job search outcomes, employer decisions, or hiring processes.

Services are advisory only and do not replace professional legal or financial advice.
9. Modifications

Terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.
